Jamu Honey is a small-batch fermented honey for the same shelf as your single-origin olive oils, your single-estatechocolates, and your ferment-led pantry brands. One SKU in two sizes, traceable to a single farm in the Columbia Gorge.
Independent grocers do the work of curating a pantry that chains cannot replicate. Jamu Honey is built for that shelf. It is not in mass distribution. It is not in Whole Foods. There is one SKU, in two sizes, in glass, with a label your customers can read and a story your team can tell in one breath.
Where it fits on your shelf
8 oz squat jar, 70-400 lid, 2.8 in wide × 3.4 in high. 4 oz jar, 58-400 lid, 2.38 in × 2.75 in. Both clear flint glass. Square front label, wraparound back label with the five-botanical ingredient line, batch code, and a QR linking to the provenance page for that jar. Six-jar cases, mixed sizes allowed on opening orders.
Currently in conversation with tasting rooms throughout the Columbia Gorge AVA. Confirmed accounts will be listed here after launch.
